Jewish educators need to be transformational leaders, leaders who set a moral and behavioral model that resonates with their community and leads to others emulating their actions. In this session, participants will learn about legendary Jewish leaders - biblical and modern. We will examine the unique traits of each leader, the sacrifices they made, and their passion to pay attention to the personal development needs and welfare of their communities. Their leadership style results in their being a transformational leader – one who transforms their community. By learning about them, you can begin to develop the skills needed to be a transformational leader as well.
